True leadership isn't about position or privilege, but about serving others with the right mindset and behaviors. Paul teaches that church leaders are servants, not masters, each with assigned roles in God's plan. The church is more important than its leaders because it's God's temple where His Spirit dwells. Leaders must value God's opinion over human approval and be willing to follow Christ's example of humility and sacrifice. When our identity is rooted in being God's beloved children rather than in our roles, we can serve others from a place of spiritual fullness.
